Who is bulk billed?

  • We are a private billing practice. Children under 16 years are billed directly to Medicare for consults. However, if you are in financial difficulties please inform your doctor.

Can I get Implanon and IUD insertion or removal?

Are there Specialists?

  • We are a Specialist General Practice. All our doctors have Fellowship of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), Fellowship of Australian Collage of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM) or they are in the training program leading up to the Fellowship.

What types of emergencies are managed at the clinic?

How can I get my results?

  • Please discuss with your doctor the best method of delivery of results at your consultation.
     

How can I get a Medical Certificate or Script?

  • Generally, you need to book an appointment (in person or telehealth).

Do I need an appointment?

  • We are an appointment-based clinic; if a doctor is available, we are more than happy to book you in.

How can I book for Travel Advice?

  • Please let the reception staff know when you are booking for travel advice as they require a longer appointment.

  • Generally, vaccinations will be given at a separate appointment.

How can I get a Workcover, Insurance, Driving Medicals and Pre-employment Medicals?

  • Please let the reception staff know when you are booking for these as they require a longer appointment.

  • All these consultations are privately billed unless you have an approved claim number.

Do we have interpreter and translator service?

  • If an interpreter or a translator service is required during your consultation, please let us know at least 2 days in advance for this to be arranged (in an emergency on call interpreters are available).
     

Do we have Telehealth appointments?

  • Yes, eligibility criteria are:

  1. Are unable to attend the clinic in person due to distance, mobility issues, or other barriers.

  2. Have an existing clinical relationship with the practice (per MBS rules for telehealth items).

  3. Have visited the practice within last 12 months.

  4. Patients above age 16 years old (patients under the age of 16 can get a telehealth appointment only if it is organised by a doctor in the practice).
