o We are a mixed billing practice please see fee policy;

o We bulk bill children under the age of 16 and pensioners over 65 with a pension card.

What travel vaccinations do you do?

o We are one of the few Travel Clinic Australia (TCA) accredited practices and we provide all travel vaccines including Yellow Fever.

What immunisations do you do?

o We do all types of immunisations for children and adults.

Can I get Implanon insertion or removal?

o Yes; we have a dedicated group of doctors with specialised skills in contraception, Pre-pregnancy counselling and Ante-Natal care.

Are there Specialists?

o We are a Specialist General Practice. All our doctors have the Fellowship of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or they are in the training programme leading up to the fellowship

How can I get my results?

o For most results you need to come back for a review visit. Some doctors are happy to give pathology results through the nurse; please call between 2.00 to 3.00 PM to speak to our practice nurse.

How can I get a Medical Certificate or scripts?

o Generally you need to book an appointment.

o We are an appointment based clinic; if a doctor is available we are more than happy to book you in.

How can I book Driving Medicals and Pre-employment medicals?

o Please let the reception staff know when you are booking for these as they require a longer appointment
